Spring has sprung... or is it July? The weather in Boston this week has us thinking it might be summer time! With the change of seasons comes new menus around the Briar Group. Here's a sneak peek of what Chef Ben is cooking up in Kendall Square! 

K2 Cafe: 

Dusty Hot Chocolate 

Add a little kick to your hot chocolate with some coffee! Our Dusty Hot Chocolate combines the classic sweet beverage with an added caffeine boost to start your day off right. If you're really looking for a wake up call, try our Dirty Hot Chocolate with a shot of espresso! That's sure to get you going for the work day. 

Don't Give A Spud

Move over Huevos, there's a new spud boat in town! Don't Give A Spud is a baked potato loaded with bacon, turkey sausage, cheddar cheese and topped with a spicy sour cream. We'll understand if you have trouble picking your favorite one! 


Burrito Bowls

Who doesn't love a good burrito? Choose between a toritlla wrap or a bowl and you're set for lunch. Pack your burrito or bowl with your choice of meat: pulled pork or chicken or keep it vegetarian with peppers and onions!  Next, add in all of the fixings - rice, black beans, pico de gallo, cheese and siraccha cream cheese! Don't forget the avocado!

P.S. our burritos & burrito bowls are also available as as a breakfast option with your choice of turkey sausage, eggs or bacon. 


Mediterranean Wrap

Keep it light and refreshing with this lunch option! The Mediterranean is loaded with quinoa, cucumber, tomatoes, spinach, feta cheese and lemon basil vinagrette in a flour tortilla wrap.

Caesar Wedge 

A modern take on the classic Caesar salad! Enjoy a wedge of iceberg lettuce topped with fried capers, cooked egg, manchengo cheese, pumpernickel croutons and the house Caesar dressing. For a little something extra, add your choice of chicken, steak, jumbo shrimp, salmon, lobster salad or falalfel! 


The Victor 

This Asian inspired sandwich is sure to become a lunchtime favorite - especially when paired with an ice cold beer. This monster sandwich is made of Chashu pork, kimichi, pickled veggies and spicy mayo all packed onto a griddled bun and served with a side of fries. 

Fish & Chips 

This is one classic that you can never get tired of! Available for dinner, the local daily catch will be beer battered and then served with fries and coleslaw. 


Lamb Meatballs 

Start your dinner off right with this appetizer. Perfect for sharing among two, the lamb meatballs are accompanied by pomegranate molasses BBQ sauce and topped with salty sea feta. This dish is sure to satisfy while still leaving room for an entrée.
